Our Principal Consultant, David Legge, is a qualified tutor teaching in the field of Leadership and Management, as well as having numerous years experience in both operational and strategic leadership.
Our work in this sector can be to assist in developing junior managers, helping improve goal setting for leaders and the communication of direction to the staff, or coach senior leaders in their own leadership skills.
